E pensar que há apenas cinco anos atrás, os californianos do Cold War Kids ensaiavam no apartamento do vocalista e guitarrista Jonnie Russell que ficava em cima do restaurante da sua família, o Mullberry St. (nome do primeiro EP do grupo, lançado em 2005), na pequena cidade de Fullerton. É com “Hang Me Up To Dry”, do excelente album de estréia, Robbers & Cowards, que o Cold War Kids abre o playlist de hoje. Na sequencia você ouve The Raconteurs, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Silversun Pickups, Kings of Leon, Tapes‘n’Tapes, Architecture in Helsinki, Tokyo Police Club, Born Ruffians e Neutral Milk Hotel.
